These terms govern your access to and use of Sela’s services.
1. Acceptance and services
By using Sela you agree to these terms. If you use Sela on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Sela provides customer operations tools including the web widget, conversation management, knowledge base features, integrations, and optional voice or social channel capabilities.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account or organization workspace.
You are also responsible for ensuring your use of customer data through Sela complies with applicable laws and your own notices or commitments.
3. Acceptable use and AI
You must not misuse the service through unauthorized access attempts, disruption, unlawful content, channel abuse, or infringement.
Sela may generate automated responses using AI models and your configured data. Those outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed where appropriate.
4. Billing, data, and IP
Paid features require an active plan, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of your data and content while granting Sela a limited license to host, process, transmit, and analyze it to provide and improve the service.
Sela and its software, branding, and related materials remain the property of Sela or its licensors.
5. Termination and liability
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, legal exposure, a security risk, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties, and to the maximum extent permitted by law Sela is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
